Karen Dietz, MHS, specializes in program management, operational excellence, product launch strategy, and vaccines science and policy. Previous to working with Stage, she served as a management consultant with enterprise clients across a variety of public and private sectors. Karen has experience managing multiple outcomes-based research programs and clinical trials at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She has a 100% success rate in helping companies, teams, and leaders accomplish their goals and/or maximize their performance, and she is an author on various publications in wound therapy and the surgical outcomes research spaces, specifically gastrointestinal surgery, plastic surgery, and transplant surgery. She has also served the Department of Defense, Office of the Secretary of Defense – serving the Nation’s mission and commitment to honor our Nation’s veterans. Karen received her Master of Health Science from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, focusing on vaccines and biological weapons, and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech.
