(Mölnlycke Health Care, Johnson & Johnson, and Allen Medical Systems). Most recently, he launched a successful healthcare consulting firm. He is widely recognized for building customer-centric cultures and leading highly effective teams that rank #1 and deliver sustainable business results. In his current role as President/Principal of R2 Medical Solutions, Rob provides strategic business advisement to small- to mid-size domestic and international companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.
Rob holds an Executive MBA in Leadership from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, a BS in Marketing Management from Valparaiso University, and a Certificate in Leadership from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He sits on the Board and serves as Chief Development Officer of Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Association of America (DEBRA of America), the only U.S. nonprofit providing all-inclusive support to the EB Community.
Rooted in the Atlanta, Georgia area since 2003, Rob and his wife Jennifer enjoy spending time with their two children, Addison and Chip, their black and yellow labs Bear II and Champ. Rob is an avid outdoorsman, golfer, and enjoys traveling with his family.
